Short Itinerary
Day 01: Patlikuhal to Naya Tapru (4-5 hrs of trek)
Day 02: Naya Tapru - Chanderkhani Pass (4-5 hrs trek)
Day 03: Basecamp of Chanderkhani Pass to Patlikuhal
Day 01: Patlikuhal to Naya Tapru (4-5 hrs of trek)
Tranfer from Patlikuhal to Chachogi via Naggar and trek to the Base Camp of Chanderkhani Pass – Naya Tapru. The team will be transported by jeep to Naggar from Patlikuhal. Delightfully situated on a wooded slope and commanding an extensive view of the valley, it is famous for its temples, ancient castle, and the Roerich Art Gallery. From Naggar, it’s a gradual climb up to Chachogi and then a
steady and gradual climb to just below the Chanderkhani Pass at Naya Tapru.
Day 02: Naya Tapru - Chanderkhani Pass (4-5 hrs trek)
From Naya Tapu, it is a partially steep walk and at times a little flat. From here till our camp at the base of Chanderkhani Pass (3660 m) it is an easy walk and trees of birch are scattered around. We camp at 3400 m. We will have views of Manali and peaks like Shetidhar, Hanuman Tibba and Priya Darshani and also the magnificent views of various mountain peaks of Kullu, Lahaul and the Bara
Bhangal range.
Day 03: Basecamp of Chanderkhani Pass to Patlikuhal
After waking up to those amazing views today we descend down back to Naggar via Chachogi. By late afternoon or evening reach Patlikuhal. The trek ends here.
