About the Expedition

Mt. Mentok Kangri, towering at approximately 6,270 meters, is a stunning peak located in Eastern Ladakh, at the far end of the remote Rupshu plateau, home to the famous Changpa nomads. Nestled near the shimmering Tso Moriri Lake, this mountain offers climbers breathtaking panoramic views and a mix of high-altitude trekking and mountaineering challenges.


Though not technically demanding, this expedition requires good fitness and proper acclimatization, making it an excellent choice for experienced trekkers and aspiring mountaineers looking to test their endurance.
